I actually found spirituality on accident really. One morning I woke up in a state of sleep paralysis. I could not move my body but I could see clearly and I was completely conscious. I could see the astral plane and things going on around me. I woke up not knowing what just happened but I knew that there was something to it. I searched and found that this experience was actually quite common.

I came across a group giving  free courses on astral projection for free on-line and in study centers called the Gnostic Movement. (www.Gnosticweb.com) It did take some time and a lot of effort but eventually I was able to have a fully conscious out of body experience that has really changed my life. Seeing that we actually exist beyond the psychical body for myself in an experience that was my own had a big impact on me. The experience made me realize that there is more to life than I ever expected, and that inner change and spiritual development is something that should be valued. Now I'm doing what I can to help spread the Gnostic teachings so that more people have the chance to experience something more profound than an everyday life.
